UMPQUA RIVER HAVEN is a small, 55+ Manufactured Home and RV park community located off of Highway 38 near Scottsburg, OR. We are very close to the Umpqua River which is famous for year around fishing. This scenic 14 space community is a great place to retire. URH is just 18 miles from the Pacific Ocean; close enough to enjoy the coast but far enough away to enjoy the peaceful, natural beauty of rural Oregon. Enjoy shopping in places like Eugene, Roseburg and Coos Bay, which are only about an hour away, or enjoy the charm of the local area. The park is within walking distance of Bob's Market and the Wells Creek Inn Restaurant. The US post office and Scottsburg Park boat launch are just 2 miles away. We have a lot to offer to anyone who wants to "get away" from it all and live in a very serene, quiet location. One small dog permitted, but no cats.

Winchester Bay which is about 30 minutes away is an especially fun place to visit. There are some great seafood restaurants, shops, crabbing, fishing (especially for salmon) and dune rides. The Historic Umpqua River Lighthouse is in the bay area along with an oyster farm and store. Lake Marie is very close to the lighthouse and a great place to hike. As one of our residents says, "Living here is great---there are so many fun things to do!".
