Park Description
Heartland Estates is a 55+ manufactured housing community in Haines City, Florida. Located in the geographic center of the state, Haines City is often called “the Heart of Florida.” Our community is a fully built-out and mature park of 278 residences on leased land. Heartland Estates is big enough to support a full, active lifestyle, yet still small enough to serve as a true neighborhood.

The clubhouse, with approximately 5,000 square feet, overlooks the swimming pool and Lake Hester. Inside the building, amenities include a kitchen, a ballroom equipped with an excellent sound system, a billiards room, a library, an exercise room, and a screen room. Adjoining the recreation building is a 28’x53′ heated swimming pool, two horseshoe pits, and four lighted shuffleboard courts.
