The park also has a 350 ft fishing pier where you can go enjoy sunrises or catch up with friends or fish or just watch the manatees. Our place has a large open dining, kitchen, living room and an office area. Three private porches, one is screened only, one huge sun room facing the clubhouse which has both privacy screen and sliding windows. The third is an open porch allowing grand views of the Indian River Lagoon. Fully furnished, including linens and kitchen ware. Ultra comfy king size bed in master, queen in 2nd bedroom. Direct tv in both living room and master bedroom with large screen tv’s in both including dvd players. Flooring is a combo of tile and hardwood floors. Carport to park your car in. Nicely landscaped with view of intracoastal waterway. Bring your boat, we have a place in the park for you to keep it while you are here. Small pet under 20 lbs only allowed in park.
